I am a freelance Senior Project Designer/Consultant. I have extensive design experience in the construction industry, including new homes and renovations, as well as commercial offices and retail sales operations.
I have completed numerous freelance interior design projects for builders, investors and private clients. For the past several years, I have also assisted Ram Construction Services, Inc. with their contracting business. In addition to assisting clients with all interior and exterior design selections, I have also been responsible for coordinating subcontractors’ schedules, ordering construction materials, permitting, budgets and client reports. This includes finding the best pricing and design solutions and providing specifications to subcontractors.
I am a people person and understand the importance of developing a good rapport with suppliers, subcontractors and clients, as well as the importance of change orders.
I work with many subcontractors and suppliers, including cabinet makers, hardware, flooring and lighting contractors, millworks, tile designers, high-end appliance purveyors, plumbers, and custom railing designers—not to mention that I have a contacts list of amazing licensed subcontractors!
